MESSAGE!!!
‘Horn’
in the Bible is used for three things. 1) To describe a growth on the head of
animals. 2) A musical instrument. 3) A container for anointing oil. It is also
a symbol of power, help, victory or glory. To lift up the horn shows you are
winning but a broken horn shows you have lost. This is why Hannah could say her
‘horn is exalted in the Lord’
Psalm
75:6-7 “No one from the east or the west or from the desert can exalt
themselves. It is God who judges: He brings one down, he exalts another.” The
Bible has examples of people that have enjoyed this such as: Abraham, Joseph,
Hannah, Moses, Joshua, David and Solomon.
The
same God that did this is still alive today; He doesn’t change. He is the same
yesterday, today and forever. Today, He will visit you with His love, mercy and
favour.
