Let’s pray in Jesus’ name!

Father, grant me wisdom in using my lunchtime well. Help me to avoid distractions and temptations that would waste this valuable time, in Jesus’ name.

Father, in any way I have fallen short of  Your glory, please, have mercy and forgive me; let Your mercy prevail over judgment of sin in my life, in Jesus’ name.

Father, guide me to make the most of my break. Lead me towards activities that will refresh my mind, body, and spirit, so I can return to work with renewed focus and energy, in Jesus’ name.

Father, give me discernment to choose activities that will truly benefit me in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, help me resist the urge to simply scroll through social media or engage in mindless activities, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, lead me to plan my lunch break in advance, whether it's spending time in nature, reading a book, connecting with colleagues, or simply taking time for quiet reflection, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, help me see my lunch break as an opportunity for self-care in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, guide me towards activities that will nourish my body and soul, allowing me to return to work feeling recharged and ready to tackle the afternoon, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, give me the discipline to manage my lunch break effectively. Help me avoid procrastination and ensure I have enough time to eat, unwind, and return to work on time, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, help me cultivate an attitude of gratitude for this break in my day, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, may I use it to reflect on your blessings and return to work with a renewed sense of purpose in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, guide me in using my lunch break wisely. Help me resist distractions and temptations that would waste this valuable time, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, use this time to renew my strength and motivation in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, help me find ways to recharge my batteries so I can return to work with a positive and productive attitude in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, help me find balance in my lunch break. Guide me to use some of the time for rest and relaxation, while also allowing for activities that will help me grow mentally or spiritually, in the matchless name of Jesus

Father, please uplift my nation (mention your country) and let Your peace reign in our lands, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, please continue to give Your son, Pastor E. A. Adeboye, and his household the grace to stand for You and continue to share edifying messages with Your children around the world, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, bless everyone dedicating their time to pray through these prayers at the point of their needs. Give them the grace to share/rebroadcast, in Jesus’ name.
