Let’s pray in Jesus’ name!

Father, grant me discernment to recognize the temptations of lust in all their disguises in Jesus’ name.

Father, help me see past the initial allure and understand the destructive path they lead to. (Proverbs 2:10-11), in Jesus’ name.

Father, in any way I have fallen short of  Your glory, please, have mercy and forgive me; let Your mercy prevail over judgment of sin in my life, in Jesus’ name.

Father, Open my eyes to the desires of my heart, Lord, in Jesus’ name.

Father, reveal any hidden lusts that may be lurking and empower me to confront them with your truth. (Psalm 139:23-24), in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, fill me with your Holy Spirit and the fruit of self-control in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, grant me the strength to turn away from tempting desires and choose the path of righteousness instead. (Galatians 5:22-23), in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, help me to set healthy boundaries, Lord, both in my actions and in my thoughts, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, guide me to resist the initial pull of lust and find refuge in your presence. (1 Corinthians 10:13), in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, remind me, Father, of the true source of fulfillment and joy, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, draw me closer to your love and grace, so that I may find lasting satisfaction in you alone. (Psalm 16:11), in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, help me to redirect my desires, Lord, towards things that truly matter in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, may I long for your righteousness, holiness, and the good works you have prepared for me. (Ephesians 2:10), in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, cleanse my heart from impure thoughts and desires, oh God. Transform my mind by your word and renew me in your holy image (Romans 12:2) in name of Jesus

Father, guide me towards activities and relationships that nurture my spirit and keep me accountable, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, help me build a life that reflects your will and brings glory to your name. (Philippians 4:8), in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, forgive me for any time I have blamed You for my temptations in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, help me acknowledge my own desires and vulnerabilities when facing temptation. (James 1:14-15), in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, You are holy and cannot be tempted by evil. Grant me Your strength to resist the temptations that come my way. (Psalm 18:1-2) in the matchless name of Jesus

Father, please uplift my nation (mention your country) and let Your peace reign in our lands, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, please continue to give Your son, Pastor E. A. Adeboye, and his household the grace to stand for You and continue to share edifying messages with Your children around the world, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, bless everyone dedicating their time to pray through these prayers at the point of their needs. Give them the grace to share/rebroadcast, in Jesus’ name.
