Let’s pray in Jesus’ name!

Father, open my eyes to the truth and power of Your Word, in Jesus’ name

Father, help me to see it not just as a book, but as a living and active force that transforms lives, in Jesus’ name

Father, grant me a hunger and thirst for Your Word, in Jesus’ name

Father, in any way I have fallen short of  Your glory, please, have mercy and forgive me; let Your mercy prevail over judgment of sin in my life, in Jesus’ name.

Father, give me a heart that is receptive to Your Word, in Jesus’ name

Father, may I receive it with faith, obedience, and a teachable spirit in Jesus' name

Father, help me to apply Your Word to my life in Jesus' name

Father, may it guide my thoughts, words, and actions in the name of Jesus 

Father, protect me from distractions that hinder my time with Your Word, in Jesus' name

Father, fill me with the Holy Spirit to enable me to understand and apply Your Word in Jesus' name

Father, thank You, Lord, for Your Word, which is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. May I always treasure it and walk in its light in Jesus' name

Father, grant me the discipline to study Your Word daily in the name of Jesus 

Father,  help me to make it a non-negotiable part of my routine in Jesus' name

Father, give me a heart that is eager to learn from Your Word in Jesus' name

Father, may I approach it with a teachable spirit and a desire to grow in knowledge and understanding in Jesus' name

Father, open my mind to the deeper truths of Your Word. May I be able to discern Your meaning and apply it to my life in Jesus' name

Father, help me to meditate on Your Word throughout the day in Jesus' name 

Father, grant me the Holy Spirit's illumination to understand Your Word, in Jesus' name 

Father, grant me a deep reverence for Your Word. Help me to recognize its divine authority and power in Jesus name 

Father, fill me with the knowledge of Your Word. May I be equipped to discern truth from error and resist the enemy's deception in Jesus name 

Father, empower me to apply Your Word to every situation in Jesus name 

Father, give me wisdom to recognize the enemy's tactics in Jesus name 

Father, thank You, for providing Your Word as a source of life and guidance in Jesus' name

Father, please uplift my nation (mention your country) and let Your peace reign in our lands, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, please continue to give Your son, Pastor E. A. Adeboye, and his household the grace to stand for You and continue to share edifying messages with Your children around the world, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, bless everyone dedicating their time to pray through these prayers at the point of their needs. Give them the grace to share/rebroadcast, in Jesus’ name.
