Let’s pray in Jesus’ name!

Father, if speaking in tongues is a gift you desire for me, grant me clarity and understanding to use it according to your will in Jesus name 

Father, guide me to find resources or teachings that can help me discern the role of speaking in tongues in my faith journey in Jesus name 

Father, open my heart to the possibility of speaking in tongues, but also grant me wisdom to discern if it's from you, Lord in Jesus name

Father, in any way I have fallen short of  Your glory, please, have mercy and forgive me; let Your mercy prevail over judgment of sin in my life, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, help me to grow in my love for you and for others, regardless of whether I speak in tongues or not in Jesus’ name.

Father, grant me a desire to grow closer to you each day and be used by you according to your plan for my life in Jesus’ name.

Father, help us to celebrate the diversity of gifts within the Church and focus on the things that unite us, such as our love for you and for one another in Jesus’ name 

Father, ignite the fire of Your spirit within me. Grant me a burning passion to share your love and truth with the world in Jesus’ name 

Father, help me overcome any fear or hesitation that might hold me back from spreading Your message in Jesus’ name 

Father, give me the courage to live a bold and fearless faith, unashamed to stand up for what I believe in Jesus’ name  

Father, may the fire within me inspire others to seek You and live according to Your teachings in Jesus’ name 

Father, as the fire of Your spirit burns within me, empower me to resist the temptations and attacks of the devil in Jesus’ name 

Father, grant me the spiritual armor to stand strong against evil and darkness in Jesus name

Father, guide me to use my voice and actions to spread Your truth and message of hope, in Jesus name

Father, help me discern how You want me to use the fire of Your spirit in my life in Jesus name 

Father, guide me to opportunities where I can be a beacon of light and a force for good in the world in Jesus name

Father, open my heart to the gift of praying in the Holy Spirit in Jesus name

Father, help me overcome any apprehension or uncertainty I may have about praying in tongues in Jesus name

Father, guide me as I explore the practice of praying in tongues. Help me understand how it can enhance my prayer life in Jesus' name

Father, I surrender my voice and my will to You. Allow the Holy Spirit to flow through me in prayer as He sees fit, in Jesus' name.

Father, as I pray in the Holy Spirit, help me grow in this practice and experience its benefits in my life in Jesus' name.

Father, grant me the discipline to make prayer in the Holy Spirit a regular part of my prayer life in Jesus' name 

Father, may my prayer in the Holy Spirit be an expression of my love and devotion to You in Jesus' name

Father, please uplift my nation (mention your country) and let Your peace reign in our lands, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, please continue to give Your son, Pastor E. A. Adeboye, and his household the grace to stand for You and continue to share edifying messages with Your children around the world, in the mighty name of Jesus

Father, bless everyone dedicating their time to pray through these prayers at the point of their needs. Give them the grace to share/rebroadcast, in Jesus’ name.
